Courtyard by Marriott Banja Luka

The staff at the reception desk was amazing, very proactive and accommodating from check-in, till early morning 4h15AM check-out, Branislav and Marina were very helpful and proactive. Attention to detail of providing a take-out breakfast was a nice thoughtful touch from the Hotel staff. Rooms are very clean and breakfast very good. I would go back to this hotel as it is conveniently located in the heard of the city of Banja Luka.

This is a small boutique hotel next to a convenient supermart that ticked all the boxes for our short stay in Banja Luka. Staff here were exceptional, speedy responses on the app going out of their way to make a memorable stay for their guests. Special shout out to Vanja a gentleman at the front desk for his efforts. Contemporary rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom did get a bit wet due to lack of a shower door but otherwise a wonderful stay with breakfast to start the day!

Location - 15 mins drive from the airport, 10 mins walk to the city centre. across the road, there is a supermarket. Hotel - room was adequately sized, design of the room was very comforting with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was nice as well. We had dinner on one of the night (Pasta) and it was delicious. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast... quite a good variety of choices ....could have smoked salmon/fish more often. Cooking generally very good, but dependent on which particular chef was on duty.

Hotel is new and very well kept. Location is walking distance from major landmarks. Staff was super kind, we had a great stay!
